Hweh (ȸ)
: Hweh is a Korean dish made from thinly sliced raw fish. It is served fresh on a platter along with many other side dishes to balance out the delicacy and texture of the meal. The fish is dipped in spicy kochujang sauce, ssamjang, and/or soy sauce. It also comes with lettuces to wrap.
Even when it's served on a plate, the fish pieces can sometimes still be moving. If you are not scared of trying new things, it's recommended.
